I wanted to write and thank you personally for your dedication in solving the hot water system problems at 10 ******* St. In what was a very tense and frustrating period for all involved, I am thankful for your persistence, dedication and problem solving skills that your company were able to detect the source of the problem when others had failed to do so previously!

It is a credit to you and your business that you stuck with it until it was resolved, where others might have given up. In a day an age when guarantees of quality of service are often just words on papers, you back yours up 100%. 

If the tenants had walked out it would have spelt financial disaster for me, so I am ever so grateful.
